I used to hate the game tag when I was little. My friends could tag me easily because I was a slow runner... but not this kind of tag. This is much more fun!

1. I love to eat pickle relish and mayo sandwich. Gross for hubby, yummy for me.
   
   
2. I never knew any of my grandparents. Not even their names. Well because they died when I was born and my parents never really talked about them. Hmm.. mystery.
   
   
3. I am an artist married to a scientist. God does have a sense of humor.
   
   
4. I played robots loved Transformers cartoon when I was a little girl.
   
   
5. My two greatest fears are dark water and Zobies. Michael Jackson's MTV thriller still gives me nightmares.

Love Boots?

Bon jour my fellow beautiful bloggers and visitors!

I hope you are all having a lovely day! I am so excited that my projects were featured on few wonderful blogs! It encourages me a lot to create more!

Last time, I showed you my second attempt to design a decorative tag. I wasn't contented with just one design so I am designing more using my left-over blank tags I bought supposed to be last Christmas! 

 In the spirit of the coming Valentine's day, I couldn't help myself but to express the things I love like BOOTS!

I LOVE BOOTS! is the common expression you would hear from me. So I thought of making it visual!

 This tag is inspired by to those who loves boots as much as I do!

 I designed the background with the help from  The Graphic's Fairy but I had to improvised with the rest of the design.

Meal Planner App

I am getting bigger and it is no joke. I have to stop spoiling myself with unhealthy foods and should start a habit of  healthier choice of foods!

I was browsing through my appstore when I stumbled upon this cool meal planner app! Awesome! I thought to myself. I love to cook but I hate making weekly meal plans!

I am excited to use and share it. I am so impressed that I even had a dream about it sharing it with my friends! Some of you might have heard or are using it already, but to some who hasn't yet (like me)....

Food on The Table is a convenient way to find recipes, do a grocery list and find good produce food deals all at the same time! It has great selection of healthy recipes.

You could plan your meal on your computer or download the app for your iphone.

Seaside Tag

Love comes in different colors. Red, pink or it can be beige!

I know Valentine's day is 28 days ahead, but I just can't contain myself expressing Psalm 136:1 that has been running through my head all day!

I have been pretty busy around here designing and modge-podging my day away crafting Valentine gifts! I designed the tag with pictures of shells with the help of image from Graphic's Fairy. I love Karen's images then I used beige sand mixed with glitters to give some bling!

What Blog Button is for?

I just made a blog button! 

So? 

I kinda laughed at myself because I had no definite answer for this question except it is cute. So, This question got me thinking as to what blog buttons are for? I tried googling for it but I couldn't seem to find the answer to my question. I am not really good in giving explanations. But, oh well, here it goes!
But please feel free to comment your ideas of it's uses.

So basically, blog button is a visual representation of your blog. Kinda more like a brand or logo as they say.

Many people are visual (I know I am). I have to admit, pictures catches my attention more effectively than words. Blog button is a quick way to channel the idea of your blog to visitors and readers without having them to read. Like in this case, I designed mine with a silhouette picture of me kissing the Eiffel Tower so the people would  know I love Paris or anything French, hence my blog tittle. You can also make blog buttons for giveaways, tutorials (like a poster) or it can be in a form of award like this! This button is made by Cindy Adkins of Whimsical Musings. I am a proud graduate of her blogging seminars. And she also make blog buttons and headers! She is a great artist and a friend!!

The best part is when other bloggers display your button on to their blog, their followers could easily notice by followers of your followers. It will also serve as their shortcut link back to your page.

New Blog Button

To some, the feel of winter has just started. I heard mumsy said it was about time it snowed a little bit in IL! These past couple of weeks, I have been trying to beat flu with rest and lots of clear fluid. I am a hot house flower and will never get used to cold temperature. However, now, I am finally feeling well enough to spend hours on my computer to blog and read blogs longer without worrying about my head screaming for PILLOW!

After a long time of procrastination, I finally made my blog button and my header. My button is at the right side of my blog. Feel free to grab one!

For those of you who are new at blogging and wants to know how to add a blog button with text box underneath for code, click here for helpful tutorial.

And also my very dear friend Cindy Adkins of Whimsical Musings has free online blogging tutorials you needed! She explains it really well and simple.

I got this beautiful decorative oval frame with the help from Graphics Fairy's image. She as a number of selection of images for DIY projects, Crafts, and even for designs! I love it!
