Jell-O Strawberry Sundae

Top of the morning everyone!

We have been experiencing crazy weather here in AZ. It was really warm, then it snowed and then there's hail! Hubby was craving for ice-cream but it was cold. I made something less cold than ice-cream but tasted like sundae.

Just cook the Jell-o and fill 2/3 of the cup and wait until it solidifies. Whipped some cream and layer on top of the Jell-O.

Fortunately we still have a few fresh strawberries left. I made strawberry sauce from the scratch for topping.
(about half a cup of water, strawberries cut in small cubes, and a cup of sugar. Cook in a saucepan until desired consistency)

Enjoy!

  1. Mmmmm, nice. We've had somewhat consistent weather in my neck of the woods. 80's today.
