I was at the antique store with mumsy when I saw this. If I remember it well, this kettle was 5 bucks. We both agreed I must have it! I can't remember if she paid for this or I did. Geesh! She has given me a lot of things that I forgot which ones were gifts and which ones I purchased.
I didn't know what to do with it at first. One thing I knew was it would look great with my Provence theme kitchen with cheerful yellow flowers!
So I thought... why not use it as a flower vase?
...so I did! :)
Pardon my flower arrangement skill. I am not proud of it. Oh well.
You're right - the yellow flowers look perfect in it! Beautiful! Thank you for the comment about my Aunt Hazel. You're right - she is still beautiful!

ReplyDeleteVery cheerful :) I can relate to your comment about remembering what your mother gave you vs. what you bought yourself... I find myself thinking the same thing often :)
