Top of the morning everyone!
Just cook the Jell-o and fill 2/3 of the cup and wait until it solidifies. Whipped some cream and layer on top of the Jell-O.
Fortunately we still have a few fresh strawberries left. I made strawberry sauce from the scratch for topping.
(about half a cup of water, strawberries cut in small cubes, and a cup of sugar. Cook in a saucepan until desired consistency)
Enjoy!
Mmmmm, nice. We've had somewhat consistent weather in my neck of the woods. 80's today.
ReplyDeleteWhipped cream and strawberries - two of my favorite things, Myric. This looks so yummy.
