Fresh from the Garden: Ma Petits Farcis

Bon Jour! 

How was your weekend everyone? Are you looking forward to a good one? I am.

I saw a photo of stuffed cherry tomatoes at Food Network Magazine then I thought it is a clever recipe for a salad!


My friend Luisa gave me a bunch of her cherry tomatoes fresh from her garden when we visited in California.

Okay, this is just a small portion of what she gave me.

Oh it was the best tasting sweet cherry tomatoes I've ever had. I bet because they grew out of labor of love.

I enjoyed making them because they are so cute and tiny! Just slice off tops, scoop out seeds and stuffed it with cream cheese. Seasoned it with Parmesan cheese and dried thyme. I like mine a little garlic-y so I sprinkled it a little with garlic powder.


serve as a salad.... Mmmm!

 I even tried it with sausage meat and mozzarella cheese. Hubby loved it!
